With over 20 years of experience, Adam has worked in various backgrounds, from hospitals and private practices to elite football clubs.

Initially, Adam's passion for international sports allured him overseas, where the opportunity to study at some of the finest sporting institutions throughout the UK presented itself. Adam worked at one of the best medical clinics for the University of Cambridge, providing treatment to many of their elite rowers.

Following two successful years in the UK, Adam moved to Ireland to work at the professional level, providing expertise to players of rugby champions, Munster. After many years of working at the top level and watching Munster win the European Cup twice, Adam returned to Australia.

Adam's love for the Blue Mountains saw him move to Leura in 2012, where he founded his first private practice. Today, A1 Function has grown to become one of the largest providers of physiotherapy, Pilates and exercise therapy in the region.

Adam has undertaken extensive postgraduate professional development in lower back rehabilitation, biomechanics, acupuncture, Pilates and specialist golf-injury management.
