HYDROTHERAPY

For those who cannot exercise on land in the short to medium term, hydrotherapy provides an excellent medium in which to start a structured exercise program. Utilising the properties of water, our hydro programs seek to improve strength and flexibility, while enhancing balance and gait patterns.

We assess all our clients in clinic before starting a hydrotherapy program to determine eligibility and goals. Individual sessions are fully supervised by a Physiotherapist, with a medium to long-term goal often being a progression to land-based exercise.
